We have engaged in several free health outreaches to several communities in Nigeria spanning several states in Cross-River, Osun, Abia, and Lagos. Our outreaches involve free health check for blood pressure, blood sugar, eye tests, and drug administration.
The Community Free Health Scheme is aimed at enhancing access of poor members of rural, remote communities to quality health care services. we have on our team specialist medical doctors, nurses, medical laboratory scientists, pharmacists, ophthalmologists, physiotherapists from nearest secondary or tertiary health facilities to the target community cluster. The medical teams, supported by the health personnel from the collaborating Local Government Council, provide free health services such as free drugs dispensing as prescribed, screening and treatment of common cases like malaria, diarrhoea, skin infections, worm infestation, sepsis, high blood pressure, blood sugar, typhoid, stomach ulcer, minor eye infections, malaria, skin rashes, ear-nose-throat (ENT), injuries/ wounds, STIs, body/ joint pains, maternal in adults and children. We also give Nigerians access to comprehensive eye tests and administration of eye glasses too.
